ysr reforms
y.s.r పతకాలు ఎప్పటికి ప్రజల నాలుకల్లో నానుతూనే ఉంటాయి. పతకాల అమలు ట్రేజరి ని తిప్పుతుంటఐ.నాయకుల చేతుల్లెకి వెళ్ళే మనీ ని కంట్రోల్ చేస్తుంది. ప్రతి మంత్రి ,మ ల్ ఎ ఖజానా దగ్గర "కుఎ" కట్టే పరిస్తితి తీసుకురావడం వల్ల మనీ పెట్టి గెలిచిన నాయకులు అలోచించి అవినీతి చేసుకోవలిసి వచ్చింది. బవిష్యత్తులో ఎవరు అధికారం చెప్పటిన తిరిగి తిరిగి వై.స పతకాలు అమలు చెయ్యాల్సిందే. లేకుంటే ప్రజల విశ్వాసం పొందలేరు, ఎక్కువ కాలం పాలించలేరు.

Improve Communication
my intention is to discuss ways of approach for communication.this is my own experience and iam interested in taking my knowledge to others.there are many misconceptions about this skill.at the same time i welcome any suggestions from anybody.
This article tells about ways of improving communication.

To my knowledge many people misunderstand the word "communication".they take it like learning a language(for example: English) or talking to others.
As for as my knowledge is concerned 'cross-transformation of knowledge' is exact definition for communication.why i tell because the person whom you are talking to may be more intelligent and transfer his ideas to you /if less intelligent you will transfer your ideas to him. this is a common sense. so in order to improve communication you should improve your knowledge.It is only give and take.
various points which we should remember
1) just find out whether opponent is really interested to talk to you.
2)you should be kind to admit your mistakes.
3)you should be able to convenience opponent for offering his valuable time.
4)your position should be neutral otherwise opponent thinking my go wrong.
5)do not try to dominate him because he will never entertain you again.
6) feel like somebody is approaching for taking your knowledge.
7)do not hesitate to ask others.because you will have to pass through same situation again.
8)just think about what you can do?
9)what is the value of discussion?
